Product is shipped within 3 business days.
Returns accepted, but the item must be unused and in restockable condition. The purchaser can ship the item back (at their expense) for a credit minus 10% restocking fee. An RMA# is not necessary, only the original packing slip in the box when the item is returned.
In the event of a defect, a call tag will be issued and the item will be reshipped.
